Welcome to TradeSaya ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradeSaya global intelligence platform and related services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Service Overview

TradeSaya provides access to global trade data, analytics tools, and business intelligence services designed to support informed decision-making.

Due to the nature of digital services, access may be granted immediately after purchase.


3. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Pricing & Payment

Our Service is offered through multiple pricing plans, which may include both one-time payments and recurring subscriptions, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

4.1 Plan Types

  • Monthly Plan (Subscription)
  • Billed on a recurring monthly basis
  • Automatically renews each billing cycle unless canceled before the next billing date
  • By purchasing, you authorize automatic recurring charges unless you cancel in advance
  • Annual / Multi-Year Plan (Prepaid)
  • One-time payment for a fixed service period
  • Does NOT automatically renew
  • No future charges will occur unless you manually purchase again

4.2 General Payment Terms

  • All applicable pricing, billing cycles, and features are clearly displayed at checkout
  • Payments are securely processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record
  • By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s checkout terms and policies
  • Access to the Service is granted immediately upon successful payment
  • Applicable taxes, fees, and charges (if any) will be clearly displayed before payment

4.3 Subscription Management (Monthly Plans)

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, you can apply for a refund based on the terms below.

Important Note: All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In any discrepancy, Paddle’s official policy and your legal statutory rights take precedence.


5.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available within 14 days of the original purchase date, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms.


5.2 Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact our support team at service@tradesaya.com with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used through Paddle.

For Paid Users

  • We will provide reasonable advance notice for any material modification or discontinuation of core features that significantly reduces the functionality you purchased.
  • In the event of complete service termination, we will refund the prorated amount for the unused portion of your current billing period, processed through Paddle.com.
  • Emergency maintenance or security-related suspensions may occur without prior notice, but we will notify users as soon as practicable.

For Free/Trial Users

  • Service may be modified or terminated without prior notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service

We may update these Terms at any time.
